Crew / Credits
Heart Shaped Vinyl was written by John Morton and directed in its 2007 run by Kevin Mooney. Interesting trivia fact - there was no director in 2006. Stage manager for both productions by The Devious Theatre Company was on Stephen ‘Pip’ Colfer while the magnificent costumes are the handiwork of the most talented Kate St. John. Paddy Dunne put the digital pen to paper and was responsible for the design of the poster advertising campaign, Alan Dawson (KilkennyMusic.com) was house engineer (sound) while lighting duties came to Richie Cody / Karen Reidy (2006) and Eddie Brennan (2007).
Heart Shaped Vinyl was produced by the three musketeers that are Ken McGuire, Niamh Moroney and David Thompson. Devious faces were painted in 2006 by les femmes Sally Murphy et Saffron Ramsbottom while Ruth Calder Potts assumed make-up duties in 2007.
Front of house duties fell in the devious laps of Stacey Dunne (also MC for 2006) and Mairead Kiernan while Paddy Dunne (also MC for 2007)and Liadain Kaminska looked after the devious patrons of 2007. Photography since 2006 has been catered for by Ross Costigan (oss237 Photography), Ken McGuire (Ken McGuire Photography) and Paddy Dunne while David Thompson grabbed the reigns (and the petrol money) on transport.

The character of Dee Dee was originally played by Aoife O’Reilly (2006) while the character of Maeve was originally played by Liadain Kaminska (2006). In December 2006 the Devious Theatre Company leased the rights to Heart Shaped Vinyl to the Maynooth Drama Society where the show was directed by Hazel Fahy who takes the role of Maeve for 2007.
